Freedom Design is a manufacturer of styling and performance accessories for Audi, BMW, MINI, and VW cars. It was started in the late 1980's with the purchase of the North American Kamei factory. This factory was moved to our headquarters in Alexandria, Virginia. The successful Kamei program was expanded to include over 400 models of rear spoilers for various sporty cars and styling kits for modern BMW and Volkswagen automobiles. The talented engineers for the highly successful Electrodyne Racing Team developed a performance parts program based upon the knowledge developed over 12 years of racing in the highly competitive ISMA series. This performance program includes state of the art VW cold air intakes, ECU programming, carbon fiber engine covers, suspension systems, sport mirrors and cat-back stainless steel exhausts.
